- be the age of majority
- be a resident of the province
- have a personal email address

Personal Information: address, SIN, employment details, and contact information. |

Identification: bank statements, utility bill, and credit statement. |

Membership Share: a one-time deposit ($100.00) that validates your membership. |

Joint Account Information: if you are applying for a joint account, information on the other account holder will be required. |
