Earth Month

Let’s work together to create a more sustainable future!

Key Dates:

  • Earth Hour March 26 8:30pm. The theme of this year's Earth Hour is 'Shape our future', which signals the continuous process of adaptation to the new normal brought upon by Covid-19.

Every year and everywhere, at 8:30 pm on the last Saturday of March, millions of people across the world join in raising awareness of the nature crises facing our planet.

The event is held annually, encouraging individuals, communities, and businesses to turn off non-essential electric lights, for one hour, from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. on a specific day towards the end of March, as a symbol of commitment to the planet.

  • April 22nd – Earth Day

    All TOGETHER now!

The global theme this year is to Invest in Our Planet.

This is the moment to change it all — the business climate, the political climate, and how we take action on climate. Now is the time for the unstoppable courage to preserve and protect our health, our families, our livelihoods… together, we must Invest in Our Planet.

Because a green future is a prosperous future.

We need to act (boldly), innovate (broadly), and implement (equitably). It’s going to take all of us. All in. Businesses, governments, and citizens — everyone accounted for, and everyone accountable. A partnership for the planet.

And while there is still time to solve the climate crisis, time to choose BOTH a prosperous and sustainable future, and time to restore nature and build a healthy planet for our children and their children, time is short.
